If you subscribe and are unhappy within 7 days, you receive a full refund β€” no forms, no reasons required, no runaround. After 7 days, pro-rated refunds apply for documented platform failures. We do not auto-renew without a 7-day advance notification.

Every question in our platform is reviewed by a human before a student sees it. When errors are found β€” by students, our editors, or AI β€” we fix them within 48 hours and notify affected students. We will never silently correct errors that affected your preparation.

Transparent communication when things go wrong

If our platform is unavailable during a critical exam window, we will communicate within 24 hours and compensate affected students with a subscription extension.
