PR Note #282 Β· DPDP CompliantIf you subscribe and are unhappy within 7 days, you receive a full refund β no forms, no reasons required, no runaround. After 7 days, pro-rated refunds apply for documented platform failures. We do not auto-renew without a 7-day advance notification.
Finance Note #327Every question in our platform is reviewed by a human before a student sees it. When errors are found β by students, our editors, or AI β we fix them within 48 hours and notify affected students. We will never silently correct errors that affected your preparation.
Headmaster Note #390Student counts, pass rates, accuracy improvements, and testimonials on our platform are real and verifiable. We publish our student success rate quarterly: what percentage of students who completed our full mock series passed their exam. No other platform does this because it holds us accountable. We welcome it.
